Apartamento de lujo junto al canal en el corazón de Dorsoduro

Ca 'Leonessa es un apartamento de lujo recientemente restaurado (2010) ubicado en el corazón de Venecia. Está a un corto paseo de las estaciones de autobús y tren. Debido a su excelente ubicación, todos los sitios de Venecia están a poca distancia a pie o un par de paradas en el vaporetto. En el equipamiento del apartamento, la principal consideración ha sido crear un oasis cómodo y acogedor para usted después de una ajetreada visita a la mágica Venecia.

La sala de estar (que da al canal y al Campo San Barnaba) cuenta con dos sofás Natuzzi (un sofá cama doble), un sistema de sonido Linn y televisión de alta definición con reproductor de DVD / CD.

Ambas habitaciones son amplias y luminosas con camas cómodas y tienen mucho espacio para colgar / guardar en los armarios a medida. El dormitorio 1 tiene una lujosa cama doble con finas sábanas y telas tradicionales venecianas. El dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas individuales. Ambos baños están completamente alicatados con duchas de hidromasaje.

La cocina ha sido construida a mano y cuenta con comedor para 6 personas.

Buena comunicación y atención del dueño y el personal inmobiliario. Perfecta ubicación. El único detalle a señalar son los escalones entre espacios del departamento, de los cuales fuimos claramente advertidos, pero que pudieran propiciar un tropezón y accidente ocasional.

Very positive assessment of the apartment, which meets the expectations and the price, with two exceptions: If it is a day when young people make street party with drink and music, you can not sleep until three in the morning. On the other hand, in the bathrooms lack a cabinet where you can leave your clothes and a shelf in the shower to put things in the toilet

Loved the Location!!!!

Staying in the Dosoduro area was absolutely amazing! It was quieter, cafés all around, a quaint little bar right across the canal, laundry service down the street, restaurants, Piazza’s everything you could want, but away from the crowds, hustle and bustle. The property was perfect!!!! The host was amazing and so helpful before and during our stay. They met us on site and walked us through everything which was awesome!!!! They also arranged the private taxis to and from the property which was truly so very helpful!!! We will ABSOLUTE stay again at this VRBO and hope you will too. If I had any suggestion it would be to have blow dryers available in both bathrooms since we were lodging with another couple, but sharing was also just fine. You will end up walking everywhere and just getting lost in Venice. It was really nice to return each evening to the quieter area & evenings in Dorsoduro!!!

Venice stay

This property was perfect for us. Easy to get to by water bus, just a short walk from the stop. Away from the crowds but easy to access all the shops. 2 couple staying each with own bathroom perfect. Restaurants just over a bridge and the local supermarket around the corner for breakfast foods, and a little bar a stones throw away. Would highly recommend.

Lovely location and accomodartion

We loved staying at this location. Plenty of nearby restaurants and fun places to visit. The only negative is the noise across the canal from a popular nightspot. We realize it is out of the owners control. Overall, we loved the quaintness of the home with all the modern amenities.

Awesome Stay

Our group of 3 couples visited Venice for 2 nights and this rental was perfect for us. We love the location, which was walkable to everything and right next to the water. Also, it is close to lots of restaurants and shops and is lively at night. We would love to rent this place again next time we’re in Venice.

Lovely property in fantastic location

This property is within meters of bars, bakery, restaurants, a small supermarket, a fruit barge and is within easy walk of both the Academia and Rialto bridges. The property itself is lovely with canal views and some lovely furnishings. Communication with both owner and local agent was always very responsive and accurate. Recommendec!

Wow! Amazing place in the best location

Exceeded our expectations! We stayed in five places in our two week stay in Italy and this was by far the best accommodation. Close to restaurants and shopping and the incredible view of the canal.

Wonderful short break

Location of apartment ideal for visiting the main tourist attractions and good mix of locals and tourists around.. Apartment equipped with everything required and of high quality. Outlook over the canal was really interesting and included the famous fruit and veg barge. Wonderful baker within yards and a useful supermarket really close plus an abundance of cafes nearby. Hope to return.

Great property, wonderful location!

We enjoyed our visit very much. A lovely property with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, nice bathroom and wonderful location. Our host representative was responsive and extremely helpful. Dorsoduro is quiet, full of great restaurants, a convenient grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Close to the vaporetto with easy access to airport and train station via water taxi. Two special amenities? Window screens and Sonos system! Just great!

Apartment by a canal

We were 3 friends visiting Venice. The apartment was very cosy and very well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Near to supermarket, bakery and restaurants. I loved watching all the students from the bedroom window going to college and school, one felt part of Venetian life!! I would recommend this apartment.

A great home in Venice

The property was great—well-equipped, amazing location. It was easy to walk to any attractions we wanted, and there’s a market ( floating!) on your doorstep with bakery and grocery just around the corner. Perfekte Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll ausgestattet, in gefühlt fast touristenfreiem Gebiet, zahlreiche Lokale in der Nähe, auch ein Supermarkt oder andere Lebensmittelläden. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Vaporetto Ca Rezzonico, 15 min zu Fuß zur Rialtobrücke, 15 min zum Bahnhof. Das einzige Manko, was vielleicht an einer längeren vorhergehenden Nichtnutzung lag, war der etwas unangenehme Geruch in den Bädern aus den Abflussrohren. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

Das Apartment liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel direkt am Kanal. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen: Spülmaschine, WC Ablauf sind defekt, die Betten und Kissen müssten gereeinigt, die Badezimmer gründlich geputzt werden. Das erwarten wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt!

Cute place but…

Bathrooms smelled like stagnant water. Some black mold near the grout on the main shower and ceiling. That smell continued all 3 days we were there, the biggest drawback. Two college dorm refrigerators one had a small freezer that was frozen shut. It needs to be defrosted, because it’s not usable. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms were nice. Due to the humidity and only a washing machine, it took 36 hours to dry a small load of laundry. The apartment is located across from a wine bar so if you are a light sleeper you won’t get to sleep until after midnight.

Excellent location and accommodations

4 Adults stayed in this apartment in a charming section of Venice. Just steps to the Leonardo Museum and the famous bridge of fists. This is a perfect location to be Immersed in a local neighborhood. We felt safe always. We walked the narrow walkways late into the night and before the sun came up. We all missed being in Venice when it came out time to leave. Hoping we can come back and stay in this wonderful apartment again one day.

Awesome

We had stayed in this apartment in 2018. It remains a excellent location, easy access to water bus, grocery store , restraunts & shops . The atmosphere felt more Venetian than touristy . We had a free issues with plumbing, but the owner was prompt to have it assessed . Do read the apartment manual, it’s helpful if issues that may arise. We hope this apartment will be available again on our next trip.

The BEST location!

Property was perfect for 2 couples or a family. 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. It has an unusual setup as you go in the front door and up a narrow flight of stairs. When you go into the apartment there is an entry and All other rooms are off that. So there is a door to the kitchen and one to the living room, as well as each nedroom. It worked well for us as we could get up early and go into another room and close the door so it was quiet for those still sleepingAll overlooking a fairly quiet yet lovely canal and close to nice little squares with grocery, restaurants, and gelato! It is in an historic old building. Ireneet is at the Vaporetto stop and assisted us with our luggage to the apartment. The water taxi was unable to take is to the apartment because of high water level so had to drop is at the stop. Check in was smooth and checkout simple too.
