This property was perfect. Made to order hot breakfast with gluten free options. Super friendly staff. Our room was nice and big. View of a canal and hotel is right on the Grand canal. Our room didn’t face the grand canal so it was still decently quiet. Only bummer was as per regulations the air conditioning is turned off on October 9th and so our room was quite hot. Otherwise a great hotel! Highly recommended. Oh and the staff was amazing!!!

Love this hotel!!! Pro’s Room was very pretty and clean Had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, vanity kits Towels and hair dryer Had fridge and safe in the room. Location was very convenient, right across the ferry station. Restaurants & supermarkets as soon as u step out of the hotel. Rialto bridge is right outside. Staff were very nice, special shout-out to Roberto & Raquel, also to the lady & gentleman at the check-in desk. Thank you! Con Room was very pretty although the temp was set at 21C which was too hot for us especially after being outside where it is almost 40C. They did give us a fan which helped.

We spent 2 nights in the EGO residences Casanova room. Location is as central as it gets. Vaporetto stops 50m away. Very convenient. The room was very nicely renovated, clean and provided everything we needed. The couch pullout bed was a queen size and both beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large with great water pressure in the shower. Nice large bath sheets, robes and slippers were provided along with complimentary bottled waters. Check in was a breeze - front desk of the EGO hotel is right next door to the entrance for the residences. Staff is very friendly and professional. They were attentive to our every need. Absolutely wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Venice.

This hotel was OK. I don’t know if I’d stay again going up flights upstairs with no help is really hard. They didn’t have an elevator, but we were on the third floor and the elevator did not go up that high.
