L’appartement de Giulio est idéalement situé pour sillonner dans Venise (accès vaporetos, en direction des îles, à 5’ de la place saint Marc,…). Le quartier est calme et authentique.L’appartement est typique, bien équipé et très propre. Idéal pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Giulio est un hôte très accueillant et attentionné.Nous recommandons vivement cette location !Vincent et sa famille.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfectly Located Venice Apartment close to Biennale

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment in Venice! The location is absolutely ideal – just a short walk to the Biennale, which was perfect for our visit. Public transport is easily accessible, making it simple to get around the city. There are also several excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is right at your doorstep.The apartment itself is well-equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, and we especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a big fridge with freezer – it had everything we needed to cook at home. The washing machine was also a big plus for a longer stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept really well. Another plus is the balkony with electric awning.The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it was clean and functional, and didn’t pose any issue for us.Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful – truly some of the kindest people we’ve met while traveling. Communication was easy and quick, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.Highly recommended – we would absolutely stay here again!
