I like everything about this property location location location was beautiful. It was very clean. Very organize. Nice Excellent staff I’ll text them or call them. They’ll text you right back with no minutes waiting. You’re not even a few minutes from the main bridge. In Venice everything everything was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go back and stsy therr again , I will recommend this property to my family to my friends to everybody the best outside

I decided to get an apartment rather than getting two hotel rooms (an running the risk of not getting two adjacent rooms) for my family of 5 with kids. The apartment was really big, clean and beautiful. We received an email with a security code to access the building and a code to enter the unit. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in a deposit inside the building and go to our tour. Very convenient. I already recommended San Teodoro to Italian family members who will visit Venice soon.

Great location, communication, and staff attention. The property is centrally located and easily accessible, with convenient public transportation nearby. Staff were friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the comfort level in the room. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the air conditioning system—installed through the floor without ventilation—didn’t effectively cool the space. Unfortunately, this made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. 😕

This place is an absolute pleasure: clean, comfortable, beautiful. The welcome drink was so nice in a beautiful garden. We cooked a couple meals here, well-stocked and very helpful. As said on prior reviews, minutes away from everything. Such a wonderful stay.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We got to Venice very early, and they said the room was ready 5 hours before the scheduled check in. They also let us keep our bags at the affiliated hotel after check out until our train departed that night

Great place to stay. Beautiful apartments. The only draw backs were the lack of air conditioning. The floor cooling system didn’t seem to make a difference. Also we finally opened the windows to cool the apartment. It was the wrong move because we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. With that said the location was great and you can’t beat the price that close to the square. I would stay there again.
