The location is excellent. 10 min walk from the train or bus station. No need to take the water bus or water taxi. Quiet 15 min beautiful walk to SanMarco square. Ask for room #9 4th floor, only room with a balcony. There is an elevator.

Very neat and clean suites. Location is great as well. Iran was very helpful. If you have luggage dont try to walk to the place from the rail station as there are many bridges in between. We learned our lesson the hard way :) On our way back we booked a porter. You can also take a water taxi.

Superb conversion of typical Venetian property. Top floor suite very spacious, perfectly equipped and appointed. Great location, few minutes level walk to water bus stop and several very good restaurants

Spacious apartment in quiet area

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Venice, just 10 mins walk from bus/train stations. The apartment was on a canal and so a special location. It was convenient for all the sights, but in a quieter area with less tourists. Would definitely like to return.

Good apartment in a good location

A good apartment in a nice location in Venice. A good sized double bedroom, kitchenette with laundry room and washing machine. Toilet was small but comfortable with a great shower. Continental breakfast provided each day, included in cost. Location is in a quiet part of town with a gorgeous canal outside the main window. Communication was excellent...they emailed me immediately after I booked to confirm arrival details and sent me comprehensive instructions on how to get there from the airport. Very impressed. Thanks!

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had a fridge, washer, and dish washer. It’s very quiet and there is an air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The bed was fine for only 2 nights.

Apartment is spacious and in a great location. Apartment is great shape and the air conditioning in each room was great to have given the hot July temperatures. It's great hotel and great location

It's beautiful, quiet and surrounded by great restaurants and nice outdoor symphony. The owner is very great and his staff as well. The suite is beyond your own expectations, it's just amazing. However, in Venice there is a lot mosquitoes. They should include a mosquitoes repellent so when you open windows it does not get in. I woke up with mosquitoes bites.
