The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and the breakfast was very good. We were first given a room on the 1st floor with a canal view that had a bad sewer smell, apparently due to the canal. Once we asked about it they gladly moved us to another room.. it was excellent!!

The hotel is charming and centrally located to Venice main attractions. The room was exactly as describe on the pictures. The staff is very courteous and shared all the necessary information. I would definitely stay there again.

Very cool hotel in the middle of all the major tourist spots in Venice. Breakfast was great, and got to enjoy on a lovely terrace. The hotel has a nice bar, and a super cute table/terrace right on the canal which was lovely for a late night drink. Staff was all great and super helpful. About 8 minute walk from Rialto water bus station, so very easy to get to!
