very nice house, near downtown

pretty house redone which is located in the heart of the city of dol de bretagne, near the city center and the train station, convenient for all means of transport (train, bus, taxi) .. the house has three very spacious bedrooms , with three double beds and possibility of adding a mattress if you want to come to more than six people., there is also a child's bed. the house has everything you need to have a good stay .. there is also a very nice garden but which is not attached to the house, you have to take a small path along the house to get there, but you find a nice place with something to make a small barbecue meal in the sun .. there is also a large park 100 meters from the house, ideal for walks with children, where you will see large bodies of water, animals (horses, goats, donkeys, etc.) in terms of equipment, sheets and towels are provided.

Clean, well presented and comfortable

Mike was amazing and his home was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the garden and found the house itself well organised and clean. Plenty of space for the children to play while allowing the adults space to relax. Near by amenities allowed for fresh croissants each morning and local tabac for an enjoyable afternoon beverage. We would highly recommend! Thank you for a great break!

L'emplacement de cette location nous a permise de visiter Saint-Malo ensuite le Dol de Bretagne et pour repartir le Mont st michel ! Merci au propriétaire qui est très agréable et disponible durant le séjour.

Une très bonne surprise

Nous avions réservé le gite pour 4 personnes et nous nous attendions à beaucoup plus petit. Il s'agit en fait d'une maison de ville très fonctionnelle avec trois grandes chambres pouvant facilement accueillir 6 personnes. La rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de goût et le gite est impeccable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, à notre arrivé il nous a aussi fait découvrir le joli petit jardin de la maison, une vingtaine de mètres plus loin. Le gite se situe à égale distance de Saint Malo et du Mont Saint Michel (20min environ). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
