The property location is convenient and pleasant. The apartment is ok, with some minor issues, such as no place to hang the shower head, a non-functioning rolling shutter in one of the bedrooms and smelly towels.
The main problem was the disastrous communication and attitude of the agent in charge of liaising with guests. The property is managed by an outfit called Hostnfly, which has a local agent. I would never choose a property managed by this company again. I received their emails, but my responses bounced back systematically, I did online searches for other contact information, but those either bounced back or went unanswered. The agent never picked up his cell phone despite repeated attempts to contact him. This was an issue because the emailed instructions from Hostnfly specified in person key delivery upon arrival, but the agent was nowhere to be found at the appointed time. We waited outside for 30 minutes and repeatedly called his mobile in vain. The agent eventually called back and rudely explained that the key was in a lock box, contrary to the instructions I had received.
Despite my repeated requests for bedding for the living room fold-out couch (per the property description), there was no bedding provided and the condescending and rude agent said that there was no such fold-out couch and no possibility of additional bedding. In reality, there was a fold-out couch, and my friend was cold and uncomfortable the whole 5 days due to lack of bedding. Also no wifi.
