This home provided a relaxing and good home base for our recent travels. A standout features for us was the King bed; the level of comfort it provided throughout our stay made a significant difference in our overall experience. The other notable mention was the porch. It had a couple of rocking chairs and table with a easy to close gate that allowed us to have coffee and watch the town wake up and start moving.The property owner was extremely attentive, and responded quickly to any questions or communications. When she discovered that there was a modification needed to be made to the home that would enhance our stay, she reached out to us to ensure we were aware. Very friendly and easy to deal with throughout!The location is excellent, offering easy access to local shops and dining. We particularly enjoyed being close to Haywood Smokehouse and Beech Mountain Diner, both of which served exceptional food.For those traveling with a pet, the fenced-in yard is a major highlight. It offered a safe and secure space for our pup to enjoy the outdoors, and he spent a great deal of time watching the activity on the main street from his vantage point. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, even leaving out a few tennis balls which were an immediate hit.We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, professionally managed, and pet-friendly stay in the area.
