there is a leak under the sink pipe has a hole in it and has never been repaired after request toliet runs all night bathroom smelled floor not clean heater makes a lot of noise maintenance did a poor job of repairing it. staff rude as about my confirmation and the staff member told me he had 10 people at the window he did not only one yells at me tells me to talk to the manager in the morning and hung up. there were no amenities I asked for a broom to sweep and they did not have one available also I got not supplied not even toliet paper for three days just a room with a bed and a bathroom nothing else. yesterday maintenance out blocking my door along with a housekeeper who refused to remove a cart blocking my door make it difficult to pass without falling on the ice and snow the maintenance failed to shovel and sault had to make a request for that one. this individual constantly around me or my car for reason. staff took money off my car as a fee have not put it back fee was a restaurant fee but a hotel. there skimming off the top on certain cards. they have life here extremelly difficult. out of all the red roofs I have been to this is the worse. drugs kids running everywhere that don't go to school and weird people around all of the day and night. police here at this location 24/7 this is the OUTER LIMITS.
