The room we booked was given away so we had to downgrade. Property was poorly maintained; dirty carpet, stained counters and fixtures, bulbs missing, shampoo and conditioner on back order, ran out of coffee cups, noisy area. Will not book there again, would not recommend.

Initially room was clean but no one inquired about fresh towels, emptying garbage, nothing for 2 days. At 10:58am housekeeping made their presence known to see if we checked out. Coffee available but no cream or sugar and I was told by the front desk there wouldn't be any either, not even if I asked housekeeping. I had to go to the gas station for a cup of coffee. There were 2 small roaches in the tub, one dead one alive.

Sofa bed extremely dirty and broken

The sofa beds are broken and dirty. I asked for a room change and they said no until I insisted we needed the extra bed. They just let me check a different room and the mattress of the sofa was all orange/yellow and smelled bad. Didn’t expect hotel being in those conditions.

The property had Cockroaches. The building including in my room was sprayed on the 2nd day I was there, on the 4th night they were running across my bed. I left in the middle of the night. If not for the roaches it would have been a nice place.

There were bugs in the dishwasher, the fridge, and the bathroom, people banging on my door multiple times in the middle of the night, culminating in two people banging on my door and trying to gain entry at 6am, which is when I packed my things up and left.

This Hotel needs a complete upgrade. Rooms and halls smell like smoke. Mold was growing on the shower head and shower faucet in the bathroom. Couch was extremely dirty, leather chair was ripped and was also dirty. They definitely need to upgrade their furniture. Didn’t look they vacuumed or cleaned the room properly. Saw a big bug and not sure if it’s something to be concerned about, hopefully they don’t have any infestations of any kind. The stairways were dirty, people leaving candy wrappers and doors open. Their WIFI is absolutely terrible. TV’s were very small in the room and we had to go back and forth and use one remote on each TV. Microwave door handle was completely broken off, someone left the handle inside the microwave but we took it out and made it work for the days we were there.
Dirty couch and yes both sides were disgusting.

I went to the room it was late, their were roaches scattering everywhere when i opened the door. Tried to get another room to no avail, and left the hotel. I would of rather slept in the rental car, it was so much cleaner.
