Only one working elevator. At one point neither elevator worked, tried to use one set of stairs and was locked out of the first floor. Had to go back up the stairs to the other side of the hotel where the other stairs were. Major safety risk. The bed was uncomfortable. For the amount of money spent for one night at this hotel, I thought it might have been upgraded at some point. It is disgusting to touch shower curtains that aren’t mine. I was expecting a nicer walk in shower. The Hilton definitely does not hold up to its “Hilton” name. Very upset with this stay and will find a different hotel next time. Would like partial refund for the inconvenience and safety risk during our stay.
