"Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location with many public transit options. Room is clean.
Cons: Toilet got clogged one day, and I had to use the public toilet in that morning.
Bathroom is rather small with poor ventilation and no regular plugs.
Room layout is not ideal, and some places are not being effectively used. Bedside USB chargers are not working. I got a street-facing room where I often heard noises from street.
Gym is tiny with limited equipment. Elevators are tiny which sometimes cause long wait time. "
