My friend and I were hopping around Europe and on the night after we checked out of the hotel, my friend was convinced he had left his laptop in our room. We immediately contacted the hotel. We were told that there was nothing they could do to help us that night, but that they would call us between 2pm and 3pm local the next day to update us. "Guaranteed, you’ll call us back tomorrow between 2pm and 3pm?" I asked. "Guaranteed", I was told. Fortunately for my friend, he located his laptop the next day. But we were never called back by the hotel.

Was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of our room. Found a clump of hair in the shower drain, hair on a bath towel, and the floor needed to be vacuumed.5 On a positive note, the breakfast buffet had a good variety and the complimentary airport shuttle ran on a timely basis.
