Thank you very much for your feedback and your high rating. I am sorry that our AC did not convince you. We are keeping a close eye on it and make sure it runs up to full speed especially during the heat waves we experiences recently. We will share your kind words with our teams who will be delighted to receive your praise and hope to be able to welcome you back again in the near future. Kind regards, Stefanie, Guest Experience Manager

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, especially if you want to walk to the major venues. Tiergarten is a taxi ride away unless you are really in-shape. I easily walked from the hotel to the Berlin Wall Memorial and Checkpoint Charlie, respectively. The bathroom floors in the premium room was HEATED! How great! My only hiccup or minor issue was the mattress. They are extremely firm, and was not very comfortable for me. Otherwise, I absolutely loved this hotel and I will be returning with my husband soon!

Really Nice Experience

Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Impressive lobby. Great breakfast options. Some very professional staff members.
Cons: House keeping comes too early in the morning. One of the female evening shift concierge staff was less than friendly.g
Location: Great location for accessing sightseeing!
Overall the hotel was impressive. Some of the concierge and bar staff such as Toni and John (bartender) were very friendly, as were many of the others. Our room wasn’t ready at check in so we were given the first room available but I didn’t request a better room, which would have been more akin to what I thought I had booked. The fitness room was okay but could be more modernized somehow. Breakfast options - impressive. Location - very desirable for a first time visitor. Also, the assistance with local attractions was excellent. Also, the Black man who assisted with baggage was very friendly. ( I am also Black.) A pleasant experience.

It was okay.

Pros: The fish tank, location.
Cons: Better housekeeping,
We stayed at this hotel for a week and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. We had a business class room. The room itself was nice, layout was good, a little small and we didn't really have enough room for both of our luggage. There were kids running and screaming in the hallway, which the hotel can't really control. They only put one set of towels in the room at a time. Housekeeping is obnoxiously loud. We literally couldn't sleep in one day, quite frustrating. The day of checkout, they deliberately hit your door with the vacuum to wake you up. I couldn't believe the noise they were making and watched them through the peep hole. The fish tank is quite a nice feature to sit and watch and the drinking area is for hotel guests only, which is nice so it's not overloaded. The staff at the bar and Heat Restaurant are nice. We ordered breakfast twice and it came different each time. The late night dining was good. The water in the shower is hot/cold, it's not steady at all and was extreme's I had to jump out of the water as I felt like I was getting burned.

Pros: Everything!
Location: Right at the head of Museum Island. Bijou theater nearby, a total hoot for live performances (with English supertitles) of Shakespeare or Moliere.
Perfect location. Right on river at top of Museum Island. Great room, TOTALLY quiet! Fabulous atrium/lobby. Nice pool area with separate foot soaking tubs, perfect for sore feet! Loads of fun, inexpensive eating places all around. Would definitely come back here anytime.

I love the Radisson Blu

Pros: I loved the kindness of the staff. The central location- museum island, the dom, across the Spree. The toothpick a few blocks away. Just perfection
Cons: We stayed 13 days- so the fact that the breakfast never changed was a problem. Most guests don't stay as long as we did- so it would not be an issue.
Location: The Dom and musem island are across the Spree. The DDR museum is downstairs. The giant Aqua Dom tank is in the lobby. Historical museum very close.
What a wonderful place! Imagine my thrill going into my hotel room and seeing the Dom RIGHT OUTSIDE the WINDOW!!! that's right- I could look right across at Moses, bringing down the tablets (on the roof of the Dom). Outside our window cruise boats went by, and the Schinkle Palace bridge was just to our left. It was such a lovely treat to look outside every morning. But the hotel was not only centrally located, and not only had an AMAZINGLY cool 82 foot high fish tank at it's center (which we could watch from the class elevators every time we went to our room) and not only did it have a wonderful restaurant, and super breakfast buffet (wonderful latte macchiatos)- but everyone there went out of their way to help us. Everyone was so nice. I have never enjoyed my stay more- and I've stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. I have a better time at the Blu than I did at the Rennasiance Chancery Court (which was very nice, but not as nice as the Radisson Blu).
