Tile floor was wet , air conditioner leaked water, toilet wouldn’t flush . There was 1 towel and no washcloths and there were 2 of us. There was a huge crack in the mirror that went the whole length of the mirror, the ac made Louis buzzing noises every few minutes . It was the worst too I’ve ever stayed in. There wasn’t even a chair in the room. Just a bed. And I paid over $300 for one night. They don’t even have coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was awful. I asked for more towels and there were none . I was told the person that works in laundry doesn’t come in until 10. Well , checkout is at 11. I can’t think of one good thing to say .

Firstly the hotel attendant was not very nice, in the apartment the floor was soft, lights were missing, the sink faucet was weak, no tissues in the apartment, We were very disappointed

This place was a dump, their non-smoking room was filled with excessive smoke smell, there were holes in the walls, the shower was filthy, not a nice area, tape on the walls from somewhere that probably lived there, the floor was rotting and un- clean, the Hvac was junk loud and smelly, the staff loud outside of door not working on phone, etc. Desk staff Unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Am sure there was more

Horrible stay…
We stayed from Thurs to Sun. This whole experience with this hotel was horrifying. The room was horrible!! It smelled like mold and bad septic issues. Definitely a problem with the electrical by the sink where the hair dryer plugs in. Rust in the bath fan, and it didn’t work. I turned on the tub water and handle just fell off. We only had 2 towels. Friday am my fiancé went to office 8 am to grab a couple more and the office told him they didn’t have any because they needed to be washed. I went up there 10 min later and asked they same lady and she said “ don’t you have any?” I said there are only 2 in the room I need 2 more, she gave me 2 more. Not happy with the way they lie to their customers. And had to ask for toilet paper because there was not an extra in the bathroom. Had to go get more towels on sat because the floors were nasty and your feet were black after just getting out of the broken shower.. oh and they tow your vehicle if tire is on parking line. 4 cars in one night got towed, and if you backed in they will also tow it. Seems like a scam with the local tow company. Orange juice was bad and coffee was stale.This place should be condemned. Very sketchy place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying there!!! I would like some money back on this horrific experience!!

Never again
Room smelt like a wet basement. Floor was sticky and gross. Bedding was damp. We didnt dare take our shoes off and we slept on our beach towels. Go somewhere else if you can!
