Beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home tucked away in a gated community just across from the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. This home is spacious and will comfortably accommodate a large family of 8. Each bedroom has a king size bed and the living area has a pull out sleeper perfect for the kids. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the home through the community and the amenities are just a few houses away. The Space:
Gated Community of Destiny West features a Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, BasketBall Court, Sauna, and easy beach access.

This meticulously and elegantly decorated home has everything you need to make feel like you are right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you will need to cook your favorite dinner. The open living area allows you to be connected no matter where you sit or what you are doing. If you want a little alone time, pick one of the three nicely sized bedroom to lay down, read a book, or enjoy your favorite movie on the TV. In the back, there is a nice patio area to enjoy the Florida air or to grill your favorite meal. Las Tortugas is the perfect place for you and your family to have the perfect vacation.

Furry friends, unfortunately are NOT permitted on property and sometimes it is nice for them to get a vacation away from their owners too. We understand that it is tough to give them space, but we want to make sure that we provide a home that is as clean and allergen free as possible.

In addition, the home has a driveway that only accommodates 2 cars and unfortunately on street parking is not permitted via the HOA.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Destiny West is a small gated community that features shared amenities, such as, pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts. This community is just across the street from the beautiful white sands and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Emerald Coast boast the most gorgeous water in the United States and is definitely a must see when visiting Destin. The Crab Shack is also conveniently located just outside of the community and is a great place to eat, drink, and enjoy the sunsets over the gulf.

Getting Around:
You can easily get around by walking to the beach, restaurant, and shared amenities. If you want to explore Destin, driving would be your best bet. You can also rent a golf cart or bikes during your stay.
