This cute studio condo on Holiday Isle has recently been renovated with new paint, floors and appliances.    The condo has a queen size murphy bed which makes this studio surprisingly spacious.   The living area also has a love seat and full sleeper sofa.   There is a new smart TV (roku) and nintendo in the livingl The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a beautiful tiled backsplash.   It is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs for times when you want to stay in.    The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with new tile.

Enjoy coffee each morning or catch stunning sunsets on the balcony right off the living room.   This condo is located close to so many attractions.   The public beach access is a short 5 minute walk from the condos.   Spend the day enjoying nearby attractions at Crab Island, Harborwalk, Big Kahuna Water Park, or head down to the docks to charter a fishing trip.   You are just a short ride on the water taxi ride from hotspots like AJ's Bar and Grill,  Harbor Docks restaraunt, Boshamp's Oyster House, or The Boathouse Oyster Bar!

My getaway …
Loved Love … every detail from cradle to .. grave .. This place has everything in mind for even small children … sand toys s .. shovels .. big umbrella ..; Seat cushions x2 for Folding beach chairs !!! We were able to enjoy on our second night homemade in the ( kitchen area provided … ; Fine Italian cuisine I cooked myself , Purchased Groc’s @ Whole Foods Enjoyed It All ..!!!!! I can go on and on .. You , Must check it out yourself !!!!!

This property was clean and was exactly how it was pictured. This was minutes from a beach access just walking! The only thing I think or would suggest is making the numbers on the parking spots more visible. One of the nights we were there we had our spot taken by someone else and had to park in the extra parking spaces for guests. But it was a great experience and would highly recommend! We will definitely return!

Never got my check in process so when I arrived I was confused as to how to get checked in messed the manager off the vrbo app waiting and hour messaged again never got a reply back had no phone number to call so I ended up getting ahold of the vrbo for their help which they where great help they finally found the number and o got ahold of someone they claimed it didn’t show them I was due to stay but when they looked up my booking code they found it they wasn’t even sure if the room was clean which luckily it was. Didn’t try and compensate or anything. They just gave me the code to get in and told me to call of something was cleaned I didn’t like the bed that folded out of the wall didn’t seem sturdy ended up just taking the mattress and putting it on the floor. I did like the location it was close to the beach. Other than the first couple bumps it was alright.

Great property
It's a great little place in a pretty much perfect location. Just a five minute walk from the beach, and anywhere you would like to go is within a fifteen minute drive. It was quiet, clean, and pretty perfect for us. The groundskeeper was super helpful and told us about a ton of local things and answered any questions we had. We also got engaged there, so this property holds a special place in my heart. 10/10, will definitely book again!

Our stay was nice. Perfect location for anything you would need! The beach is walking distance. The beds however in this place were horrible! I had to purchase an air mattress it was so bad. It could have been cleaner but nothing major. Overall good experience.
