We had a great time but no one told us the hot tub wasn’t working and the view of the ocean was not all the way .. there was no out door table . The condo felt like it was neglected and the 2nd bedroom you couldn’t open the sliding glass door or watch the tv.

Description was not very accurate since there wasn’t no water view from balcony unless we were on our tip toes looking over a walk way . Hot tub was not full of water and was not hot ! Room was average for what I was expecting from the website . Second bedroom sliding door wouldn’t open to go out on balcony , pretty sure ac stopped working on us during the night on our last night and there was a very other issues . Didn’t really care for the walk to public beach where we were limited to set up our tent because of the Emerald hotel having the biggest section of the beach reserved with their chair and tents for their hotel.

Upon arrival we found wet soured towels in the washing machine, very disappointed in the view. No ocean/harbor view from the seated position on the balcony and no view of the pool. The pictures on the website are misleading. We took my grandmother who is not able to get on the beach, thinking she would be able to sit on the balcony and have a beautiful view. This was not the case. She had no view. Sink and faucet in kitchen was filthy, dishwasher was falling apart. Small pool- we didn’t even use it. We could have stayed at a much nicer, cleaner place for the amount we paid for this one. We won’t rebook at this condo or any other condo this building. I hope this review and photos help when you are deciding on a condo for your family vacation.

Great stay very clean , view from the porch is less desirable than id like , you can't see anything butwalls sitting on the furniture, there is a little bit of view if you stand and look over a wall/breeze way , the pictures on vrbo are from the pool not the porch

Destin visit was overall good. Had major issues with our master bathroom pipe leak from unit above and could not use that bathroom. The pool side was great. Didn’t like that we had to walk all the way around to public entrance for beach and not have access through rear of pool like previous visits.

Could use a little TLC

Building is great place to stay especially if you like to fish. Dishes were chipped. AC could not keep the place cool when temp was set at 70 degrees. Was running around 75 to 76 during the day. Internet was always going out while trying to watch TV. The toilet paper role holder was broken in the main bathroom but no big deal. Other than that was ok.

Exceeded our expectations!

This place was absolutely perfect for us and was even better than it looked online... location is amazing. Close to all of the action but felt more secluded and peaceful... gorgeous views of the beautiful, crystal clear green/blue water. The unit was so clean and invitim... truly a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Positives- Privacy, Hot tub, pool, private "beach" area, View of the Gulf and Bay, updated appliances. Negatives- Interior of the unit had its flaws for the price. The window shades in the living room and guest bedroom didn't shut. You gotta do a mathematical equation for the keycode to the unit cause its so long. The parking lot is a disaster, its very small. If you plan on swimming in the Gulf don't stay here cause you will have to walk to the private beach access or to the snorkel area cause the "beach" access at these units is strictly for viewing or fishing. Depending on your cell service, well Good luck. Other than that the stay wasn't that bad.

Great stay!

Everything about our stay was great. We had a great time. My only complaint was there was no way to lock the door from inside of the unit(there was no deadbolt). Other than that everything was exactly as described.
