Black and white.
As an independent, really wanted to like this place, but basics got in the way. Positives: brilliant amount of space, location and dry white wine. Negatives: no curtains meaning 5.30 wake up, shower working at 15% max and bathroom having link door that means you can hear the people in the next door break wind! A real mixed bag.

Es handelt sich um eine wunderbare Anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl eine Bundesstraße in der Nähe liegt. Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal/Eigentümer (?).

Schön Lage, schönes Ambiente
Schöne Anlage, sehr liebevoll wurde das alte Zollhaus in ein Hotel verwandelt. Die Lage eignet sich sehr mit dem Fahrrad alle Bauhaus Sehenswürdigkeiten Dessaus anzuschauen. Unser Zimmer im Nebenhaus war sehr großzügig. Ein kleines Detail muss aber kritisiert werden: Die Shampoo-Tütchen, die man mit nassen Fingern nicht aufreissen kann, aber dafür eine Umweltverschmutzung sind. Zum Ausgleich gab es am 2 Tag gar kein Shampoo mehr

Historisches Haus direkt an der Elbe
Ein schönes Ambiente für Festlichkeiten - Ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Garten mit Feuer und Strandkörben - Eine Nachtigall, die die ganze Nacht sang. Die Hotelbesitzer sehr bemüht und freundlich. Man kann dieses Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!

Мы отдыхали в отеле в ноябре 2017 г. Все очень понравилось. Мы жили в отдельном корпусе. Номера большие чистые с видом на Эльбу. Понравилось, что обслуживающий персонал каждый день спрашивал нас о возможности убрать номера, т.к. с нами были собаки. Т.к. мы приехали для участия в выставках и каждый день уезжали очень рано, то завтраки, которые приносили с вечера, нам очень пришлись по душе. В гостинице была своя кухня и мы могли разогреть завтраки и сварить себе кофе, не мешая другим гостям. обязательно приедем еще раз в этот отель.

Schon bei der Anfahrt vermissten wir eine ordentliche Ausschilderung und sind erst zweimal im Kreis herumgefahren. Wir könnten uns aber auch nicht vorstellen, dass wir durch einen schmalen Weg zwischen Gebüsch, der sich zwar dann erweiterte, aber voller Schlaglöcher war, an unser Ziel kommen. Die Anlage selbst, auch die Zimmer, ist ganz toll renoviert und strahlt einen nostalgischen Charme aus. Beim Empfang wurden wir gefragt, ob wir Frühstück dazubuchen wollen (5.--€ pro Person), und erfuhren, dass das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer eingenommenen werden muss. Es war tatsächlich so, dass wir einen reichlichen Vorrat an Zutaten für den nächsten Morgen vorfanden ( was hätten sie gemacht, wenn wir kein Frühstück gebucht hätten?), allerdings ohne irgendeine Erklärung, d.h. die Aufbackbrötchen mussten in einem kleinen Backofen aufgebacken werden, den man nur benutzen konnte, wenn er auf der kleinen Spüle direkt neben dem Wasserhahn stand. Es fehlten auch ein Wasserkocher für den Tee und Servietten,. Es wurde uns auch nichts darüber gesagt, ob wir jetzt alles abspülen sollen, oder ob da jemand kommt??? Was uns auch geärgert hat, Zimmerrabatt hin oder her, ist, dass wir in einem (allerdings schönem großen) Dachzimmer untergebracht waren, wo das Bett aufgrund der Dachschräge fast auf dem Boden war und wir tatsächlich jedesmal irgendwie rauskrabbeln mussten, vor allen Dingen nachts war das echt lästig. Vielleicht sollte man vorher mal auf das Geburtsdatum der Gäste schauen.

Frühstück und laut
Das Hotel sieht von aussen sehr schön aus. Allerdings liegt es zwischen einer 4-spurigen Strasse und einer Bahnlinie und es ist entsprechend laut. Die Steinfussböden machen das Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist nicht tragbar. Es wird abends ein Frühstückskorb hinterlegt. Das Brot ist am nächsten Morgen hart. Alles ist abgepackt. Instant-Kaffee. Kein Tee. Wir haben Frühstück gezahlt, es aber nicht zu uns genommen. Wir sind dann ins Bistro des Bauhauses gegangen. Dort bekamen wir ein tolles Frühstück. Ein liebevolles Frühstück wäre eine Bereicherung für die Zukunft.
