Great breakfast usually made to order and nice to have snacks at night with a couple drinks… Really enjoyed ourselves. Nye was at the front desk and always had a great smile on her face and very welcoming.

The room was very dated. Thick dirty dust on vents and some of light bulbs. Musty smell in room and pillows. When we first entered the room it was very hot. Air conditioner not working. Maintenance had to come to room and switch on the cool air. I will not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of cleanliness in the room.

Room was slightly dirty. Breakfast is very nice. Check-in was frustrating - they make you download the app and create an account for digital check-in to "skip the desk." Did all of that and then they told me I had to check in at the desk, ha.

The staff was outstanding. With our 10 grandchildren with us, the staff was patient and very helpful! From the front desk, the pool staff and the cleaning crew, they all slowed down to talk with the kids and made them feel welcome as well.
