This beautiful basement is newly renovated and completely comfy and clean it has two queen beds and single bathroom,kichen ,free wifi , washer and dryer(who stays morethan 5 days). our basement don't have a private entrance but has entrance through garage door that only serve guests . our location are 10 minutes from Denver airport ,university hospital and 20 minutes away from Denver downtown. Mile away from grocery store, restaurants and public transportation . WE DO NOT ALLOW TO USE MARIIJUANA ON OUR PROPERTY.

We came to help our son and also had to work remotely. The wifi was great and it was easy to get in and out of the house and neighborhood. There was lots of restraunts and shops nearby as well. It was also close to the airport.
