Great Stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. The mid-mod style was fun. The view was beautiful. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the yard swing. Check in and out was easy.

A Must Stay

We had a fantastic time at this home. The views are spectacular, the house is cozy, and layout is great for a family. When we return to Denver we will be staying here!

Great location

Plenty of room , great views. Property management company wonderful. We were there for national soccer tournament so the location was close to everything.

Very well located suburban Denver home

Location allowed us to have a panoramic views of Fourth of July fireworks. Quiet neighborhood, not as exclusive as listing suggested. Multiple bedrooms a definite plus. Cleanliness of house could improve though, was generally at least mildly dusty, bathroom fixtures yielded a pink substance when wiped down with Lysol. Pots and pans could use updating. Glassware and extra lines were clearly unwashed for some time. Supplies were adequate. Overall, we enjoyed the house, just wished it were significantly cleaner.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental has been upgraded and tastefully decorated. The outside could use grass or ground cover but the beds inside were comfortable. Unfortunately, there are multiple electrical issues which inconvenienced us but hopefully a certified electrician will take care of those issues.

Water leaking through ceiling.

We observed water leaking through the ceiling in the office beneath the kitchen. The property manager quickly sent a plumber to remedy issue but we were unable to use sink or dishwasher the rest of our stay. We were comped a couple nights but the overall stay was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Northglen for CU Boulder graduation. The home is beautifully appointed and though staying true to the mid century modern style & decor the house has high end finishes throughout. The views of both Denver & Boulder are great from the backyard! We enjoyed meals around the large dining room table, chats & drinks by the fire pit & a couple games of pool downstairs! The commute was easy to both Boulder & Denver . Ubers were easy to get too! The host was quick to reply with whatever we had a question about. Definitely would go back or recommend to friends! Great for large family like ours or for a getaway with friends!

The property is sitting up nicely so you can see downtown Denver & east/west very clearly. It is a really old house, but it says that in the description, so all good. We had some issues like the faucet spraying water everywhere & the microwave kept blowing a fuse so I kept having to reset. The garage also smelled like a sewer & is very dirty inside. It's also extremely hot in the master bedroom no matter how cool you set the thermostat. The back yard is cool overlooking the city. I'd give it an average rating but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are fantastic. There is lots of room for everyone. However I would not recommend it for the elderly. There is a lip in the flooring at every door. It interferes with people with walkers and even canes if you forget about it. The sidewalk and the front porch is a trip hazard as my sister found out. The Emts had to get my brother out of the basement and said the stairs are not to code. The hand rail is also dangerous to your hand.there re no hand holds in the main bathroom tu. The outside swing is too high to make it easy to get in it.
