Room was nice but the floor was dusty. Biggest issue was parking. We stayed for three nights. Two of those nights the parking lot filled up and there was no place to park. At check-in we were given a parking permission slip but cars without slips were parked in the lot leaving us without a place to park. the front desk made no attempt to help.

Since we are a convention hotel, at times we have large groups in house and parking close to the entrances becomes scarce. We do our best to ensure adequate parking is available for our guests during their visit.

Room was at the end of the building facing the highway and was VERY noisy. Better quality insulated windows should have been installed. Bathroom sink had no hot water, several half and half creamers provided for the in room coffee were spoiled, ants in the bathroom, air conditioner was right up against the bed. On the plus side, room was very clean.

I got there very late. At about 3am. I called to say that I would be very late. They gave my king size bed room away. Therefore I had to change rooms the next day. Very unhappy! Otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

I always stay here when I’m in town. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and if I ever have an issue they are quick to correct the problem.
