This has been the worst experience of my life. We chose to stay her for a week while waiting for an apartment. After a week, our apt was not ready, it was delayed for weeks, so we stayed, and it is not cheap! The first room #122 was just ugly, the tub has been painted several times, rusty and just nasty, the TV was so dark you couldn't see anything, the mirror was extremely crooked, just ugly. The room was noisy at all hours, party in the parking lot.
This past Saturday night, at 10:30 pm, I looked up and saw water coming through the ceiling onto my bed! I called the office, she had no one to help, they just left it to flood all night. Since water was going onto the bed, she would give us a different room.
That was good, but they would not help or even lend us a cart to move. OK, so we moved it , I am 65 and disabled, loads of fun.
The new room had a fridge, and a lovely golden roach in the tub. I dispatched it, life goes on. It turns out that it is a "deluxe" room and costs $10 more a night... BAIT and SWITCH!
We were planning on staying here until the 13th when our apt is ready, but I will not be paying extra for the room they gave us when the room we had was flooded! The man at the desk this morning, said I have to reserve and pay for the deluxe room, or I could "check out and not come back." The man at the desk this morning, treated me like I was garbage on his shoe. He said that he told me before, I have to reserve and pay for the "deluxe room" or else.
