Room was small. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. A rotten smell was coming from the bathroom. We let front desk and maintenance know and all they did about it was put caulking around toilet. Smell never went away. Just got worse. Will never stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is that housekeeping woke me up both days I stayed there. The first night, they started knocking on my door at 10 am and kept knocking even though I was staying a second night, and I let the front desk know I didn't need any service. On the second night, I requested a late check-out, and I got a call from the front desk asking why I was still in my room before check-out time. They apologized both times, but it was not pleasant to wake up like that.

Hotel is spotless and rooms were immaculate, cozy and very clean! Housekeeping keeps close attention to detail. Our room was soundproof - no hallway noise, no door slams and we hear absolutely NO NOISE above us! Great breakfast options, Warm & friendly staff and perfect location.

The staff were the stars of this new hotel. This is a new property and there are some kinks that are still being worked out but the staff is very accommodating and eager to please. I was not expecting such attentive customer service from a Hampton Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank Scarleth & Tammy specifically. They are the reason that I will come back and stay next time I am in the area.
