Absolutely terrible. Rude customer service from genuinely all employees, especially the one with purple hair. Inaccurate with her speech and codes, rules, caught her in lies. Also they wanted to charge me 90 dallors each towel that got dirty from what was in there ground. Seems like they were making rules they go. The towel wernt dirty I had to clean them just overall not worth it. Go ahead and spend the 10 extra dollars getting a better hotel!! Also the whole dog pet deposit you can say service dog only upon arrival really inconvenient and not professional, emotionless to others needs. Very mean to elderly

What didnt like was only aesthetic. poor repair on the walls visible wallpaper patches and puddied holes on the walls picture frames broken other than that the front desk agents were wonderful and helpful. Room attendants were great.
