Luxurious Villa with air conditioning and pool Marquesa GU 4 People

In one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, this villa is located with views of the sea and the mountain, just 7.5km from the beach.

The house is situated in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle found in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 140 m² habitable.

The various terraces of the house provide both sun and shade areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located just in front of the main terrace where fantastic dinners can be enjoyed with wonderful views.

Once inside the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 metres to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that creates a distinct atmosphere. The kitchen has all the facilities to do a good job in the kitchen. We find an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster...

The house has two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The main bedroom with a 1.50m bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The second double bedroom has the bathroom with shower just in front of the room. Both rooms have large wardrobes.

The villa has a washing machine.

Internet available. Pets are not accepted.

Supermarkets are just 4km away, as is dining.

The city centre is 5km from the house.

According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.

The good: The house was beautiful with stunning architecture, lovely views, and spacious rooms. The neighborhood was pretty and the location was convenient to Denia. The manager went to the house to turn the heat on before we arrived, worked with us on arrival time and entry arrangements when our flight was delayed, and even brought us extra towels. When the power went out and we reported the heat wasn't working properly (it's OK, it happens), the property manager came to fix it right away. The not-so-good: It took us a while to understand the lack of heat wasn't user error on our part. When until the property manager came to the house, he confirmed the heat needed to be "reset". The problem was, we were charged for the first day and a half of heat (and hot water) we didn't receive. There were a lot of complications with calculating the heating and electricity costs. Also, we were originally planning on staying 8 days, but changed our stay to 7 days three months before we arrived (on the same day as our original reservation request). We finally got the owner/property manager to agree to a partial refund of 1 day (minus the commission they said VRBO was taking). We confirmed with VRBO they don't take commission for days we did not stay. It's too bad we had these complications with payment because the house was very nice.

La villa est trés belle et au calme , idéale pour se reposer et en famille avec des ados nous reviendrons sans hésitation. la maison est trés bien agencée avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. personnel de l'agence de location est très efficaces petit point de vigilance la piscine n'est pas adapter pour les enfants en bas âges le niveau de l'eau est uniformement d'environ 1,70 mètres.

Prachtige ruime villa in een schitterende tuin. Mooi zwembad. Rustige en veilige buurt. Mooi uitzicht zowel aan de voorkant als de achterkant van de villa. Samenwerking met de beheerder was uitstekend.
