This cosy apartment is located in the urban centre area, has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.It is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful residential complex with a large lawn garden, palm trees and various trees, a children's playground, a ping pong area, as well as a large swimming pool for adults, a smaller one for children and a jacuzzi.The property has TV, WiFi and Air conditioning/Heat pump throughout the accommodation. Upon entering, its bright living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen surprises us, all very welcoming to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with: induction hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. From the living room, we can access the private terrace, which is furnished with outdoor tables, chairs and sofas.Next to the entrance is the first bedroom, with a double bed (150cm) and TV. The second bedroom has bunk beds, the bottom one 90cm and the top one 1.05m. The bathroom with shower is located next to this one.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, bed sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
