The area is very quiet and has all facilities near the house, restaurants, supermarkets.

It has a large plot, garden with lawn and private pool. Barbecue by the pool.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Denia is a gastronomical city. You will find a typical Mediterranean cuisine made with healthy and fresh ingredients from this area like tapas and countless ways to prepare rices like the famous “paella”. La casa es vieja pero tiene su encanto,las camas son cómodas,está situada a unos 700 m de la playa,recomendable 100 por 100. Se puede mejorar el tema del Wi-fi y también la falta de presión del agua caliente(con 40⁰ no es necesario)!

Tranquilidad y relax...

Me ha gustado todo. La casa se adapta perfectamente a mis necesidades ya que mis padres van con andador y buscaba una casa que fuese llana. Para mí la piscina ha sido una maravilla. Limpia y bien cuidada al igual que el jardín. La casa espaciosa. El porche muy agradable, donde hemos desayunado, comido y cenado. Temperatura ideal. Toda la familia ha disfrutado de la casa, incluída mi perra, que tenía un parque para perros enfrente de la casa. Volveremos... Faltan mosquiteras en todas las ventanas de la planta baja y cuartos de baño. Sería útil una bandeja para sacar cosas a la mesa del porche.

Estado de la vivienda, la amplitud que tiene tanto en interior como parcela. Mobiliario correcto la tv debe de ser cambiada en muy antigua y pequeña. El exterior a la finca esta un poco descuidado.

Nos ha encantado la casa. Muy amplia y muy bien ubicada por la tranquilidad de la zona. La atencion de Fina y su compañera ha sido excelente. La piscina es maravillosa, grande y al estar todo en plano puedes controlar a los nenes desde todas partes. La amplitud del terreno y la casa y sobre todo el silencio Nada, en Deniasol son muy atentos y profesionales
