Great place to stay! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, we went sxs riding everyday and cooked breakfast and supper at the home everyday. Great vacation and place to stay!!

Great place!

We would stay here again. Great area, great property, a nice home base for our Black Hills trip. Only thing I wish was better was the showers - ran out of hot water every day after half a shower. Not conducive to a family of 4 staying there let alone a full house of 12. But for how comfortable everything else was, we’d stay here again.

The property was great and very close to Terry Peak where we were skiing. We had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The property was manager was quick to respond! The only two things were that we tended to run out of hot water for showers and the coffee pot took about 30 minutes to brew a pot 😁. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken! Thanks for letting us stay-it was great!

Perfect trip to the Black Hills.

Beautiful Property, But Has Mice.

This is a beautiful home—lots of natural light and great location. Unfortunately, there was a problem with mice at the home while we were there. I found mouse dirt after the first night we stayed, and contacted the property manager. They dropped off traps for us to set up. We ended up catching two mice. The second night a mouse ran across the floor on the main level the second night. They even chewed through a potholder! Yikes! Not a relaxing way to spend a vacation. Finally, the manager did offer to move us, which we did end up taking. Aside from the mice, this property is amazing. However, it was hard to relax not knowing when we'd see more mouse dirt and have to clean it up or a mouse itself. I hope they can get the issue fixed.

Rodent in the property!

The house is beautiful and definitely made for a rental property. Unfortunately we had a mouse in the house which added stress and anxiety to what should have been a peaceful vacation. The owner is local but his only help was to put out a couple sticky traps even though we gave him a large window of time when we were not in the property to try to remove the rodent. He was very rude in conversation and did not offer any discount or partial refund even though we were unable to get a good night’s sleep due to rodent scratching in the air vent system. This property is in a highly developing area and will most likely have more pressure of mice trying to find new homes. Under closer inspection, there were mouse droppings and urine at the front door so probably the point of entry. Very disappointed with the experience and would suggest asking if the owner has taken steps to combat this rodent problem. He said exterminator help was not needed so I would be hesitant of taking small children that will be on the floors or anyone else that has a fear of mice running. In the end we had to remove the vent cover and physically remove the mouse ourselves. Not the best vacation memory. Renters beware. The treatment we received and the help offered was not of a host but a person who seemed to only have this open to guests to help pay his mortgage. Super disappointed!!

Beautiful house & location!

Loved everything about this property! Spacious accomodations & beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy. Centrally located to attractions in the area. Played games on the large table. Hiking/walking trails were abundant! Memories were made that will last a lifetime!!
