DO NOT RENT HERE - Horrible experience with false representation and harrasement

This place was very dirty and it was VERY clear that the management of the property and HOA president DID not want short term renters there. The listing promises access to the beach but there isn't any. No statement that only one car can park there..they offer a three bedroom condo with only one parking space? The problems started on the first day when we had to head off management from towing our second vehicle in a parking space in the front because we didn't have the necessary signage in it. We were told by the rental company that we could park in the front. I had to deal with an interrogation with the HOA President when I arrived with paperwork they wanted us to sign. Also not stated by the rental company.To list a few things:Poor Air ConditioningVery dirty floorsPet hair balls everywhereGreen Water that comes out of the tub spoutsInappropriate behavior of the managementHarassment by the rental company with false claims of conduct (the agreed later we were correct)Harassment by the managementFalse claims of amenitiesFalse claims from the rental company (we proved were wrong by the cams there)Promise of partial refund in writing they never gave then said they changed their minds after we leftIt is very apparent that this rental company lies & will not take care of it's leasers. The building management does not want renters there. This is a horrible place for any family to experience. I never experienced this at Peck Plaza or any other rental there.

Great alternative to local hotels

In town to move my college-age daughter into an apartment and wanted to stay near the ocean. This is a nice property with direct views of the water. Kitchen is well appointed and appliances are modern. Washer and dryer in the unit really helped us to pack light. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice. Keyless entry to the building and apartment made things very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again the next time we are in town.

Amazing!!

My wife and I have been going to Daytona for years every summer. This place was our absolute favorite ever. Clean, spacious, quiet, relaxing, and just absolutely perfect. Beautiful condo with astonishing views. The host Stella was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. We will 150% be going back! If you want an amazing beach front property with plenty of room and an amazing host to work with…. Look no further. Seriously, can’t say enough about it. I miss being there already.

BEST place to stay in Daytona Beach Shores!

I have probably been to Daytona Beach Shores 30+ times, and this was the best experience I have ever had. The owner was an absolute pleasure! She communicates very well, is very kind, and very friendly. The condo is gorgeous with a perfect view. The condo was also spotless. I have never stayed anywhere cleaner! We had the most wonderful time.

Ocean breezes

The property is pristine and beautifully decorated! Two sets of sliding glass doors open out to a lovely balcony which offers unobstructed views of the ocean. A great place to enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. Our short stay was relaxing and very peaceful. We would love to go again when we could stay longer.

Awesome place for a getaway

This second floor condo was spacious, nicely decorated and easily accessible via elevator. We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck with the beautiful ocean view. The location was perfect for entertainment both by land and water. The pool, jacuzzi and workout room was a plus but the walks on the beach was the best! I would definitely book again!

Perfect in every way.

The condo, directly on the beach, was the perfect choice for us. Being able to walk directly from the building to the pool/hot tub area, to the beach/ocean was perfect. Seeing the ocean the first thing in the morning from the master bedroom, and having coffee on the balcony was a great way to start our day. The condo is beautifully furnished. The host has payed attention to all details. The building is very quiet and peaceful, allowing for a romantic vacation. We would definitely plan for a return visit.
