Accommodations need help

Refrigerator ice maker did not work and fridge was rusty and leaked water inside. Bed pillows were stained. Sofa cushions "fell" into the frame. Carpet needs cleaning. Shower was moldy.
Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2024
