Antlers Ridge Lodge, a spacious home on the Appalachian Mountains, is settled on the border of the Chattahoochee National Forest - a hiker and hunter’s paradise. The home was professionally decorated and remodeled by a South Florida design firm who used a soothing color palate to enhance the stunning views. The Lodge is situated minutes away from wineries & vineyards, amazing food experiences, quaint Hallmark-looking towns, lake fishing, and plenty of antiquing and shopping options.
The Space
The Lodge has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable . All rooms include new SMART 4K TVs with Netflix, Apple TV and cable, along with Sonos Play 1’s on both levels, including an additional one in the Game Room so the kids can play the latest jams. Beds have memory foam mattresses, all-white luxury linens, topped with a lush duvet and extra blankets for those frosty days. All bedrooms also have alarm clocks with USB charging stations, plush robes and slippers, extra pillows, and Wi-Fi throughout the home.
The Kitchen has full-size stainless-steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig machine plus an Italian espresso maker, along with an assortment of coffees, teas and condiments. There’s pots, pans, cookie sheets, mugs, cups, plates, and cutting boards, all ready for the family chef!
The Game Room includes a Pool Table with Ping Pong Table conversion, 60 Game Vintage full-size Video Arcade, electronic Basketball Game for 2, Big Screen SMART 4K TV (Netflix, Apple TV & Cable) & Fireplace; games such as Scrabble, Dominoes, Dartboard, Tic Tac Toe, Chess & various board and card games are all available for Family Fun Night!!!!
The downstairs coffee bar is fully stocked with a Keurig machine, an assortment of coffee K-cups, teas and condiments along with monogrammed Lodge mugs and to-go sleeved coffee cups. Extra chopped wood is always stocked for our guests, along with umbrellas, walking sticks, binoculars, a telescope, a highchair and pack-and-play pen for toddlers. The Master Bathroom is stocked with over-the counter medications, toiletries, and feminine products, in case one forgets, as well as a First Aid Kit for those unexpected little cuts.

Peaceful Getaway
We enjoyed Antlers Ridge so much! The owners thought of everything- hammocks, coffee, wine, comfortable beds, robes, etc! The mountain road had a mudslide that nearly blocked the road, and the property manager had someone out to clear it quickly! The views were great, and we all stayed comfortable the whole time!0

Beautiful Cabin!
I stayed with a small group of friends for a bachelorette weekend. This cabin is absolutely gorgeous, and the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed at. They had two bottles of wine and tons of snacks for us, more than enough dishes/silverware/cookware/etc, toiletries in the bathrooms, and even spare face masks. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and very cozy beds. We had a problem with one of the smoke detectors beeping one night, and the owners and property manager both reached out to us to resolve the issue very quickly. Great communication and overall a lovely stay! *Be warned that it's quite a long and steep drive up a gravel road to the cabin. We had no issues but I was happy to be in an SUV.*

Georgia Mountain Home with Exquisite View
This was my family's first stay in a Mountain cabin and we could not have done a better job in picking the perfect property. The home is immaculate and the views are spectacular. There are so many amenities that we did not get to use them all. Would you like a hot tub? It's there. Outdoor fire pit! You got it! The host were so amenable and answered every question we had through texts within seconds. If you are looking for a nice getaway in a nice house with all the amenities you will ever need. Look no further. Could not ask for anything more..service 5 stars..location 5 stars...hospitality 5 stars ..comfort 5 stars...This might be a yearly retreat for us for now on....

Pretty but somewhat disappointing
Positives:
Snacks, welcome gift, and thoughtful touches (we loved the coffee bar and snacks!)
Furniture and styling has a great vibe.
Enjoyed the pool table
Kitchen was stocked with plenty of serving dishes for our meals.
Amazing communication from owner when we had some problems with the hot tub heater.
Hot tub repairman Larry was so helpful both on the phone and in person.
Cons:
Hot tub had not been cleaned since prior guests. I spent 20 minutes removing acorns and wasn't able to get the general muck out. The hot tub repairman came out on our second day due to a different issue, and he cleaned it for us. It was great after that.
Small, thin towels and only one per person. No beach towels for the hot tub. We drove to a nearby Walmart to buy towels.
There is no ceiling over the upstairs twin bedroom. It's completely open to the kitchen and living room. There's also the bathroom right there. This caused huge issues with our group as the person who planned on sleeping there is a light sleeper. We had to shuffle people around and ended up with a bit of a mess. This should be openly stated in the listing.
There's no ceiling on the bathroom in the master bedroom. The couple who stayed there could hear everything one another did in the bathroom at night and the bathroom light shone over the wall to the bed and woke up the person trying to sleep when their partner used the bathroom overnight.
Futons in the basement are beautiful, but very small and not comfortable. The person sleeping on it the first night ended up on the couch the second night to try and find somewhere more comfortable. The last night, we set up an air mattress instead.
Roof is metal, so acorns falling on the roof are very noticeable at night.
Overall, the only consistent good night sleep was in the bunk room and queen in the basement. Everybody else struggled.
Summary: beautiful property with a very responsive owner. There's a lot of potential here. A smaller group could really enjoy their stay. I could see going back with my family and one other family and enjoying the space, but for a group of 11 adults who go to sleep at different times and value our rest, this wasn't the right fit.
