We had a wonderful stay! It rained every day of our stay and we still had a wonderful time due to the heated pool. Very private and the owners responded very quickly.

This was a great vacation spot! Exactly as pictured and better! House has all you need for a very relaxing vacation. Comfortable beds, clean and pool was great! Close to great places to eat! Very responsive to any questions! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with heated pool and jacuzzi. It has all the amenities you need! We traveled for business and this was perfectly located in a gated community. The host was very accommodating and communicative.

Beautiful setting

This house is in a quiet gated community. Easy access to all activities, with lovely setting and private pool. Beautiful furnishings and updated home. We enjoyed our month-long stay and have booked for 2025.

My family had an amazing time at your property. The house was beautifully renovated and clean. The only thing that I would recommend is better mattresses for the beds.

This house was great! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. If I had to find something that could be better, the shower in the master br is tiny like a cruise ship shower. But overall, we loved it.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very well stocked with all of the comforts of home, with many luxuries perfect for a vacation! We spent a lot of time in the patio/pool area, which my children loved. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and the house is located near grocery stores, restaurants, and anything you may need during your stay! The property owners were very quick to respond and most helpful. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Disney trip

This property was absolutely beautiful! My wife, kids, and I enjoyed it very much. There was plenty of space, the host always replied within minutes. The only issue were the ants that were all around the sink and counter area, as well as the bathroom with the tub.

Wonderful Property

We had an extended stay at this property and everything was as described or better. The kitchen is very well stocked, having everything we needed and more. The pool area amazing. The owner always responded quickly, promptly taking care of the couple minor issues we had during our stay. The neighborhood is gated and very quiet. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Davenport area.

The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and big enough for us and our two kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was a nice feature. About 30 minutes to Universal Studios (which was the reason for our stay here) would stay again. Thank you!

Great location with everything you need

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Also It has easy access to the highway or you can take back roads to get to the Disney Parks. We really didn’t spend much time at the house since we were always out exploring. But it did have everything we needed when we there. First impression when I walked in was it was very clean and organized. !!!

Lovely home

Beautiful home with a pool in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of appliances to cook with, which we love. Drip coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, wine chiller etc. We enjoyed the portable bluetooth speaker out at the pool also. Perfect spot for tweens and teens with the video games, although we enjoyed them as well. Lots of room for everyone.

Davenport pool home

What a fantastic home! One of our favorite VRBO rentals to date. It had a floor plan that was very well thought out and plenty of room for family to relax. The game room was a hit with everyone! The kitchen design was beautiful, and very well stocked. The pool area was great with plenty of seating. We were in town for a family event, but it’s in a convenient location if you are planning to go to theme parks. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping locations nearby. Every single person in our family commented on how much they loved this home! We had a great stay and will definitely plan to return again in the future.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as pictured and described . Beautiful and very clean. A few little things that we found missing in our experience. As we arrived from out of country we were surprised to find there were no amenities such as salt/pepper , coffee or tea (even for the first day or two) , only one tea towel for drying dishes . The pool area , jacuzzi and backyard were very nice. Perhaps a safety handle bar for entry into the jacuzzi would be helpful. The home was beautiful and our family had a marvellous relaxing family vacation.

Exceptional

Our family of 3 generations stayed at this beautiful house and enjoyed every minute there. The home was well equipped with everything you needed. The game room was a special treat, especially for the grandchildren. One night, after returning home late from a days outing, we discovered the AC had stopped working. We notified the homeowner and she immediately responded and had a service technician at the home within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this house if your planning on staying in the Davenport/Orlando area.
