Our room was not indicative to a four or five star rating! At best it was a 3. Missed one day where it was properly made up. No real selection of bathroom amenities. Construction in back are. Being a BonVoy member has no benefits in this case. Hotel proper was very nice. Room no.

food/drinks and service is poor because it’s all inclusive you can tell they cheap out as much as possible. Felt very low end in general even the grounds. It was either very geriatric or little kid families not good for young adults.
