The property was a 5/10…the room had a mildew stench to it when I arrived and the amenities were outdated. You could hear the doors slamming from other guests all day/night and it had me up all night. The breakfast was below par and I probably would not stay here again.

This place smelled like weed. Before I even walked in the door. The hotel had the basic amenities but the room smelled faintly of pet dander and body odor. Thank goodness I was only staying here one night

I checked in yesterday by the frontdesk siddhi she was super sweet though the breakfast did not have much options there was coffee 24*7 which was enough for me and the beds are super comfy and the hotel was clean

I always stay here when I’m in Richardson. It used to be Wingate by Wyndham now it’s Spark by Hilton. Lots of improvements! I truly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful upgrades!

Wonderful stay! They kindly allowed an early check-in as I was very tired after a long journey, which made a big difference. The hotel is worth the value and looks very clean & nice! Siddhi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, truly exceptional service. Would definitely come back!

This hotel is a great deal for the price. Hallway carpets are somewhat stained and little little bit of a smell, but the room Itself was very clean and spacious! I would've given five stars if the lights in the parking lot worked. I stayed two nights and as a single woman traveling alone and getting to the hotel after dark having all the parking lot lights not working did not make me feel safe. I reported it to the desk person and they said they would let maintenance know and the lights still not work the next day.
