The guy at the front desk was not paying attention. Really bad grooming. Didn’t make eye contact. Smelled bad. The hotel was not as it is posted. Very out dated. Mold on rest room walls. Seemed like it was made, not cleaned. The sheet smelled. The A/C had mol on it. The restroom looked like it was from the 70’s. The wooden console had missing handles and the drawers did not shut. The fridge had mold in it. The noise from the outside was tolerable, yet continuous. Smelled of smoke, it was tolerable at best. Never would stay here again. A rehab hotel gone wrong.

NOTHING works in this establishment not even the employees! No hot water, no ice, gym equipment dead.. I could go on and on. If you just need a bed to sleep in this is perfect but if you enjoy the amenities of a BASIC hotel, there’s a quality inn down 1.3 miles down the road in Plano that’s a lot nicer and might be worth it.

back entrance said no entrace. enough said. And the doors on all of the hotel rooms or storage closets at least, do not have that object that softly closes doors. I tried to get work done in there, but the cleaning people need to go in and out, and the slam of that door shook the building. It gave me mini heart attacks. First room did not have hot water. Moved different room no sign of compensation even though it was lesser and closer to the noise. THe bar for this palce is my room had hot water.

staff was just there and seemingly unconcerned. I was asked for a deposit at check in and instead of running my card again i left 40.00 cash. I didnt think about it at check out and neither did the clerk. I called the hotel and asked about them mailing a check and they said they couldn't. Seems like they made an extra $40 bucks on me. Room was adequate.
