My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked in, I was first placed in a dirty room. Although I was later offered a different room, Miriam,the front desk clerk attitude throughout the process was extremely unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I hadn’t paid for my stay and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. No guest deserves to be treated with disrespect especially after paying their money to stay somewhere that’s supposed to feel safe and comfortable. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training for their staff

Dated property with no frills. Pool is closed and they’ve eliminated breakfast. Rooms were decently clean, staff friendly and quite helpful. Overall, a decent play to stay if you need a temporary roof over your head. Quiet facility and large rooms, but still has the faint smell of smoke from when that was still allowed.
