Great stay!

We loved how well stocked and labeled the house was. Lots of fun activities as advertised and our family (5 kids, ages 12-2) was happy to be at the house. We walked the shaded street with our toddlers and enjoyed the pool and games and kitchen and laundry. It is a place we would love to stay again. Thank you!

Great house for our family

The property owners were so great to work with in this home. Very quick to respond and easy check in/check out instructions. Great house for a family with kids...ours loved the game room. The pool was too cold for us (it's October) but it was still clear and nice to look at and enjoy. Very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. On a quiet street. Thank you for you hospitality. We hope to return to play all of the games again!

Great Place for families!

This is a great house for a family gathering!! Updated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was crystal clear & bed linens were luxurious. We don’t have an infant but the house is stocked with high chair & baby bath to accommodate families with littles. The games were an hit as well! Our communication with the owners was timely and thoughtful. We highly recommend!

Perfect location… 20 minutes to Omni golf course, 7 minutes from the Grandscape and the lake! Stores and great restaurants all around within 5 minutes. House was clean, great entertainment for the kids with the pool and the games room. Host was great at communicating!

Great property for families

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Colony. The property managers had obviously gone the extra mile and thought of lots of extra things that you don’t always find in rentals. Examples include: leaving some dishwasher and laundry detergent so you don’t have to bring your own, baby items like a high chair, pack n play etc, indoor and outdoor cups, enough kitchenware to actually use the full kitchen, some basics you always forget but might need like band aids, make up remover etc! The games room was a great air conditioned space to keep the kids occupied after a busy day. We would definitely stay again. Plus, they don’t have a load of ridiculous rules to comply with at the end of your stay!

Fun Home

Really enjoyed staying here, the game room and pool table were a blast. House is spacious and very clean. Roku TV's in almost every room and super comfy beds. Updated appliances were nice and enjoyed chiiling in the back yard. It was too cold to use the pool but it was clean and the lights created a nice ambiance. Definitely recommend, whole experience was nice.

Just as great as it seems

This was a great stay. All the amenities were super fun and kept us busy with stuff to do. The location was great. The colony is filled with lots of options. This place also sleeps a good amount of people. Has a adequate amount of cooking supplies. The pool was even clean for there being cold weather. This place has it all.

Great House!

We were in town for a family wedding and the only thing that sucked was the cold weather and SNOW! This house is spacious, clean, plenty of room to spread out and SO much to do! Board games, table games and TVs in every room with ALL the streaming services! The pool and patio looked amazing, but with temps in the teens, we only enjoyed it from the patio door. Bedrooms have great beds, clean bedding and dressers with lots of space if needed. Lots of drawers, cabinets and closets have labels, so you don't have to search for anything. We didn't need much from the host, but they always responded right away if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

Great fun.

We loved our stay! The area is great! The house is clean and the kitchen looked very well organized. We didn’t stay long enough to use it. The beds were VERY comfortable. But the game room was the best! We had a lot of fun things to do in the city but the kids were so happy to come back to the house and play! The adults enjoyed it too. Would love to come back in warm weather and use the pool!

Great Alternative to a Hotel
