The first room I checked into has a bed bug right on the pillow and trash on the floor. I was able to check into a room on the 4th floor and it was completely different it looked like I went to a completely different hotel.

Expedia booked the wrong night for me....I wasn't coming in until Monday....this was Expedias fault because of the default settings on your booking page I contacted Expedia and was assured it would be handled and I even ok'd paying a higher rate to get the date changed....Never heard back after being assured I would get a phone call saying the issue had been corrected. So I booked 2 notes at another hotel
