The place smelled horrible and there was a cracks in the bathroom that when the person above took a shower it leaked into my shower. Very unacceptable.

The front desk staff was top shelf. Very friendly, always greeted me when I entered the facility, courteous and professional. One thing though. The HVAC unit in my room needs professional cleaning because it smelled very bad when I ran the heat. Otherwise? An excellent hotel.

I booked a junior suite for 4 days for myself, my husband and our 17 year old son. When we arrived, there was 1 king bed and a pull out sofa, no extra blankets or pillows for pull out. No refrigerator or microwave, no blow dryer not even an ice bucket in the room. I went down to request a new room and was told there was nothing else available. Couldn't even find me a blow dryer so I could dry my hair. Employee was completely unwilling to help me out. I told them to cancel the rest of our stay and left to go to another hotel.

Hotel is basic but above average. The reception staff are pleasant but not overly welcoming. They charge $100 on top of your price for “incidentals” Most rooms have a generic universal remote. If you bring your Firestick you won’t be able to access the input unless you get another remote from the front desk. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft, you get 4 square ones. The breakfast is just ok. Powdered eggs, sausage links or patties and potatoes as hot food. Small personal boxes of cereal. Waffle machine. Bread and pastries. Juice machine and small amount of fruit and coffee machine which is actually decent.If you booked through a third party site, Expedia, Booking, etc, they charge you for a late check out. It’s ok, I’d stay there again if price was good.

Between the barking dogs inside the hotel to the extreme noise starting between 5-6 am, this was a terrible experience. When I checked in the girl was rude when I asked her what I was asked to sign, she told me to read it which was extremely hard due to the printer being low on ink. I will never stay here again as I am going to be visiting Dallas several times in the future

Be warned, property will not accept chime or cashapp Visa cards, they do not belive these are "real visas". The bathtowels are the thinnest roughest I've ever experienced but were surprisingly able to abdorb water and dry. The walk in shower was nice. Pool is currently not open. The room number signs have charming black and white photos. (One was a rail road sign, traffic light, wagon wheel, ect). Contemporary rooms lots of wooden features. Very cozy. The bed was snuggly and made for a great sleep. Doors in this place close very loudly so anytime a naighbor comes and goes you will hear it. The breakfast was substantial for a hotel breakfast. It included: Eggs, egg and chirizo, fried red potatoes, fresh waffles, yogurt, fruit, toasts, hot and cold cereals, milk, juices, hot tea and coffee. Its open for 3 hours which is a nice amount of time too. Its a cozy place with charming features. Would stay again for sure.

The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. The maid service was loud and yelled at each other from down the hallway early in the morning. Those walls were paper thin. We can hear everyone slamming doors, laughing, and talking. Not a great experience! My room was dirty. There was a hairball in between the beds that my daughter happened to find when her charger fell down there. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. I asked for our room to be clean while we were gone. I showed up to find the maid just taking the top sheet off my bed and throwing the blanket back on it.

The out door pool was down for maintenance and we had a lot of wind and chairs had literally blew into the pool and they stayed there just laying in the pool. Like they didn’t even care to take them out of the pool. I got sick two days in a row of eating their hot breakfast food so after that I stoped eating their hot food for breakfast. Rude disrespectful dishonest

Hotel.com needs to reevaluate the ratings on this hotel because on other sites the truth is being told I am contacting you about my recent stay at your hotel. I purchased a reservation a week ago for 2 nights and 3 days on a third party website hotels.com. When I purchased my reservation it did not show your deluxe kings as pictured only the same rooms that I was first put in originally on the first floor. I would not have booked with this hotel knowing the beds were not up to part and were out of date. This hotel was given an 8.0 in the rating which was misleading because I came across so many things that did not deserve that rating. I asked the front desk to make accommodation to change my room to a better bed that would not cause pain and I was offered the bed across the hall which the clerk said would be the same. I then talk to other guest who said the upper floors had better sleeping but I was not offered those but instead was told I could pay 96.00 to upgrade to the 4 floor to the newly renovated area. Because I couldn’t get my refund back my company did make an attempt but failed I had to stay there and pay the iron and WiFi and phone didn’t work they tried to charge me for a comforter after they had to bring 2 to build up my bed because it was so hard before they moved me to the nicer higher dollar room. That they’re holding to up charge you for the other rooms give porn production while the 4 floor gives Ritz Hotel it’s a shame what’s happening they were rude.
