If your concern is location to the gayborhood it was good. The priory was expensive and not thoroughly clean. The main floor toilet would not flush. The dining table saddle chairs were shaky and needed to be screwed together properly. The house was hot when we arrived but managed to cool down by midnight. There are only one towel in the master bath and four hand towels no washcloths. There was only four forks for dining. No corkscrew was available for use. There was pepper but no salt in the kitchen. No ice in the refrigerator. The lamps were falling apart in the bedroom. And for some odd reason all were unplugged. The upper outside deck was dirty full of leaves. There is a grill and tank but we did not use it. The front of the house was dirty full of leaves and papers and small trash that had blown in. So for 500 per night it would be better to stay somewhere without absentee owners. It feels like a spec house staged for sale, but not worth the luxury pricing.
