Sad hotel

believe that if the hotel undergoes a name change or a change in management, certain areas may benefit from upgrades. For example, the restrooms and rooms with outdated furniture could use replacement or thorough cleaning. The staff provided excellent service; the ladies were friendly and professional. However, the room quality was subpar, and some visible branding, such as the La Quinta Inn logos on the doors, remained. Overall, there were a few minor details that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

The restroom shower had mold in it, housekeeping came and cleaned it up, but the mold smell came right back and it smelled like sewage.

My room the bathroom smell like sewer and the shower seat was hanging from the wall. Receptionist wouldn't accept the scooter that i rented. The stay was horrible

Check in was fast. It did smell clean throughout the hotel. The room could have been a little cleaner and needed to be updated more as far as pain. There were some people there who were smoking marijuana outside and sometimes smelt it in the hall. The beds were hard but it was tolerable. The breakfast was not so great. Not many choices and there was hardly anything set out. My step kids mom also stayed at this hotel (forgot which floor) and she had cockroaches (5-6) inside her room coming from the outlets. Overall not a great experience and disappointed for the price we paid. If I was able to get a refund I would. I will not be staying here again in the future.
