There was a low spot by the toilet that we had to be really careful not to trip and fall. Shower wall was broken and gives the shower a bad look. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel smelled of marijuana, we stayed in the king suite with sofa bed, they didn’t have pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. When we called they said we had to come down and get them once we got down there we were told they didn’t have any. Will not be returning.

First their shuttle was broken down. Then I get to the hotel and it looks nothing like the pictures. We were there on a layover without our bags due to flight issues and the hotel had nothing as far as toothbrushes, toothpaste nothing. The front desk lady said they were out of everything. The room was not what showed on then picture, and the tv didn’t work at times. It wasnt clean, and it was definitely old and not as updated as it showed. The bathtub faucet didnt shut off all the way. When I went to check out the man at the desk didnt say anything to me, and just took my key. Didn't ask how our stay was didn’t say Hi...nothing.

Stayed here for one night ahead of an early morning flight. The overall condition of the hotel could use some attention. The room was tidy however there were stains on the sheets, carpet and furniture. Bugs were spotted in the bathroom. The gym had 2 out of 4 pieces of cardio equipment out of order. Airport shuttle also only services Loves Field. Would likely not stay here again.

Not bad but not ok

Internet was so slow I never could use my laptop in my room. Took the hot water in the shower 10 minutes or longer to warm up. Hold my money for same amount as my room for security bond. I'm ok with that IF they don't charge you the same amount as your room. That just ties my money up for 14 days. If I had known this I would have stayed some where else.

I recently stayed at La Quinta and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and stylish decor. The check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Areas I saw looked good. However noticed a soft spot on the second floor when going to my room and also found a soft spot in floor right in front of the toilet in the room. Website showed a walk-in shower with a bench and removable shower head. Room only has shower/tub combo, no bench, and fixed shower head.
