Nice hotel but disorganized management

Cons: Organization and earlier check-in time (3pm) like most hotels
Hotel has late check-in time (4pm) and room was not ready when we arrive at 3:30pm. Waited 15min and then desk clerk gave us a room that had not been cleaned.

Pleasant and Helpful Staff

Pros: The amenities were expensive, but the staff helped circumvent unnecessary expenses
Cons: I see nothing that would merit improvement
Location: The location was close to downtown but to the side of the busier roads
The staff went out of their way to be pleasant while booking in, arranging transportation and ensuring that everything needed was provided. On of the members left a tray of appetizing mini-sandwiches as a surprise for me and my wife.

great place. loved the room.

Pros: the apartment feel to the room. everything clean, new. nice breakfast.
Location: close to downtown. you'll need to drive, but not far.
excellent place to stay. nice room. great breakfast which served until 10 (I hate when they pack it away by 9). also a noon check out time was nice.

Superior suite-style hotel in Market Center.

Pros: The room layout, furnishings and linens. Hot breakfasts were generally enjoyable.
Cons: Shuttle arrangement could be a little more flexible. The driving radius of 3 miles was confining. 5 miles may be more useful to customers.
Location: Proximity to Market, Medical and convention centers was very convenient, as well as to restaurants and shopping.
Hotel property and staff were excellent. Hot breakfasts ran between great and so-so. Staff was particularly accommodating in arranging proximate multiple rooms and shuttles for my 4 person group. Rooms were very pleasant with top grade bed linens and furnishings. Would definitely choose it again.

Great hot breakfast and weekday dinners provided! Much more than you'd expect for a place right on a frontage road... would highly recommend!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: close to highway
Great place to stay when passing through for business. I stayed for about four nights and did not encounter a single problem. Hotel manager had left a personalized note in my room upon arrival, and coffee and popcorn was refilled daily in room. Beds were phenomenally comfortable - which was very impressive to me because I have back issues and trouble sleeping anywhere but home. Pool wasn't much to speak off, so if your looking for a family "vacation" stop, this may not be your place... that being said, if you are looking for family "value", you will be EXTREMELY pleased. The meals provided free of charge are warm, fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything they say it is, and more

Hotel facility is beautiful and functional. Staff is very friendly and professional. The amenities are above standard in my opinion. The room was awesome. Full-sized suite with all the comforts. Would I stay there again, absolutely!

great hotel and service

Great staff,with a great customer service attitude! flew in early, manager had a room available for early checkin and was able to change room type. Offered shuttle service, within 5 mile radius, let them know asap fills up early and ends 7pm. Complimentary breakfast was good .Rooms, lobby and breakfast area very clean. Business center offered free internet, printer, will definitely stay again.
