The front desk associate was very friendly. The room was really nice and clean. Only thing was that we didn’t have wash cloths or hand towels. But overall it was a very nice stay.

The room was in great condition, no issue there. The evening desk clerk was nice and helpful checking in, but the next night she had accidentally checked us out of our three night stay instead of the person in the room next to us. It was a very big hassle in the late evening to come back to after a nice day. There was complimentary water and the breakfast was a decent variety. The elevator, while on this occasion was working, it barely was.

We have stayed at Holiday Inn, and several other hotel brands, over the past five decades. This is the first time we have been asked to pay some sort of “security deposit.” Even with a reservation made and paid for weeks in advance, when I went to check in, I was asked to cough up another $50 to be able to check in. Some sort of “in case we break something….” Really? We have been Holiday Inn Rewards Club members for a lot of years. We are members with a couple of other hotel chains too. Not in fifty years has ANYBODY ever asked for a damage deposit. THEN, when I asked about it, I was REFUSED a receipt for the $50. Even if they offer some free nights, we might not return.

The staff were amazing. We arrived to Dallas early and called the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. The lady working was very kind and told us by all means we could check in early. When we arrived she had the key cards ready and everything. They were extremely kind. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn’t working, and on the second day both were not working. However, I don’t think that was so inconvenient that I would take a star off. The southern hospitality more than made up for it.

Elevator was out for over a week. We had to move from 3rd floor to first floor. Staff was real nice and helpful but we couldn’t understand why they couldn’t fix the elevator quickly.

The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and kind and made sure we had everything we need. She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile! I believe she was the only one here, but you couldn’t tell cause she handled each customer as if they were the only one in the room! She was outstanding on her customer service!

The hotel manager is not being responsible for that hotel. Front desk workers are not there for the guest. They have boyfriends coming up, no manager showing if needed. I have issues woth my room and I left STILL WITH NO RESULTS!!!

The flooring in the gym had looked like it had flooded. The gym looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was no water in the gym. The door knobs to the stairways were all off room next to my room didn’t have a door knob on it one elevator was out of service. The other sounded like it should’ve been out of service. The laundry center was out of service. I have pictures for all if you would like.
