The staff overall were great! My family and I came from out of state not know it was spring break and due to not being able to get a rental car, the front desk guy Mr.Lucky was able to help us extend our stay! Ms. Flo the bartender was AMAZING! She was friendly and after our second time of seeing her she made us feel like we were family! JD, the server was friendly and made sure that our food came out just the way we asked! (I recommend the wings) We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great until fire alarm was going off at 5:45 am. The free breakfast was unavailable when I needed it between 6:00 am and 6:30 am. No one has even apologized.

Room was clean and was a good room overall. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. The only issue was the shower in my room. I stayed in room 510, the shower in this room didnt work properly. When i pulled the level to switch from bath to shower half the water still came out the bath spout and half came out the shower head making the water pressure bad.

Heater broken in room for two days until maintenance repaired it. Microwave door jammed while cooking food and we couldn't get our food ouycouldn't get our food Explosion at hotel had to evacuate at 5,:30 am stand outside in the cold until fire department arrived. Took over an hour to get back into room Hotel said they could not give credit for the inconvenience because I paid through hotels.com so take it up with them

We really enjoyed our time. The staff’s customer service and hospitality was top-tier. Breakfast was satisfying and our room felt like a home away from home. The only downside was that the pool was very unsightly. My partner and I specifically looked for a hotel with the pool so that I could teach him how to swim since we don’t have a pool where we live. However, because the pool was so unsightly we ended up not swimming at all during our vacation. That was the only unfortunate thing. Other than that, we really liked our stay there and would definitely go again if the pool got fixed.
