The property overall was satisfactory, but the cleanliness upon arrival was not good, particularly the master bathroom, which had a significant amount of hair. This was communicated to the property manager but there was no offer to address the issue.

Great space for a family vacation near downtown Dallas.The property is very spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out.It was clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into making the place feel welcoming.

Kitchen was dirty as well as the dishes , I seen a roach in the house as well . I wouldn't recommend to book unless you're looking for something cheap . I smoked in the garage and not in the house and the host requested an extra charge , and I never smoked inside the house ..

The rooms were adequate, the bed was uncomfortable. The cupboards under the sinks were very dirty and the place didn't feel clean. The location was very unsafe, I did not sleep well. We didn't even stay the 2nd night, we drove home. The host did answer my questions in a timely manner when I asked about the WiFi. I think people should know about the area before they book it, especially if they have kids.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was really nice and quiet. The townhome was exceptionally clean and very cozy and relaxing which was much needed after a long drive. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the shower felt amazing. The Host was very easy to contact and very quick with communication. I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Nice little spot. Clean and had extra towels and blankets, which was a huge plus because we forgot ours. Price reflects the house/neighborhood, it wasn’t a big issue with my group (all full grown men) but it is south side Dallas. All in all I would stay again.

Very nice! right across the street from a police station so we felt very safe. we were in town for a concert and it was only 8 minutes to the venue at the dos equis pavilion. would stay here again. host was very fast at communicating and was very friendly and understanding. we got a 3 bedroom house for the price we would have payed for a hotel room.
