Completed in 2022, this brand-new retreat boasts peaceful wooded seclusion within easy reach of many great wineries (including Frogtown Cellars, Three Sisters Vineyards, and Kaya Vineyards), the Big Creek Distilling Co., hiking, and outdoor recreation. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill for a country cookout, and later, gather around the wood-burning firepit for s'mores and conversation under the stars.

After the day's adventures, unwind at home while taking in the mountain views from the private deck, or settle in beside the sleek electric fireplace and enjoy a family movie night in the living room. Head upstairs for happy hour entertainment in the game room, equipped with comfortable seating, a four-seater game table, a bar cart, and wall-mounted smart TV. For at-home mealtimes, the full kitchen features a sparkling suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Overall the property was just as advertised. It was clean, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space and the kitchen was more than sufficient for our group of five. Location to wineries and downtown Dahlonega was convenient. Would certainly stay here again.

A Week in the Mountains!
We are up in this area for 6 Gap bike ride. We enjoy also visiting with Georgia friends. This place checked all the boxes. It has enough bathrooms, bedrooms, view, grill and most important, a fire pit. The host has a great spot, well maintained and the management company was very helpful. Love the bonus room too. We would book this house again!

Great weekend in the mountains!
Awesome property with great mountain views from large porch and the master bedroom, which is upstairs. New home. Needs a mattress topper on king in master (too hard), but otherwise top notch rental with high end feel and finishes! We will be back for sure!

Great cycling location
We loved the house and location as we are avid cyclists and enjoyed the local riding. Finding the house in the dark at 9PM on the steep gravel roads was a nightmare. Apple GPS only got us to about 400 yards away. Vassa the property manager Vassa was no help. I walked around in every direction until I found it on the poorly marked roads, and mostly unmarked houses.
