This is how holiday areas look like under thatch: The Friesenkate "Kliemkiker" was built in 2016 and offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for from a modern holiday home. 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people and a nearly 1000 square meters Grundstrück with stunning views, located directly on the Wadden Sea National Park.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Another, barrier-free bathroom with toilet and shower is located on the ground floor. In the stylish living room you can spend cozy evenings with log fire on the antique Friesenofen, enjoy exciting entertainment on the flat-screen TV and the Blueray player or usher in family and friends a game night at the large dining table.

The open kitchen is equipped to the last detail: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine (filter size 4), espresso machine, kettle, espresso machine and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.

The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In addition, a laundry room, iron and ironing board are available in the utility room.

The large garden has three wind-protected and - depending on the time of day - sunny terraces. In this non-smoking house four-legged friends (one dog, maximum knee-high) are welcome. The large property is limited by a fence about 80 cm high. W-LAN is available for free. Three parking spaces are available on the large driveway to the house.

Ruhe und Erholung pur!

Wir (2 Erwachsene + Hund) haben 6 wunderbare Tage in Fahretoft verbracht. Die Ruhe dort ist einfach perfekt, um die Reserven mal wieder aufzufüllen. Das Haus ist unfassbar liebevoll eingerichtet, wir hätten es am liebsten eingepackt und am Ende mitgenommen :-). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, genug Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Spiele, Bücher, ein toller Kamin - sprich, wir hätten uns keinen passenderen Ort für den Silvester-Urlaub wünschen können. Direkt gegenüber kann man prima mit dem Hund spazieren gehen und nach Dagebüll an die Nordsee sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Der Kontakt zu der Besitzerin Martina war auch sehr unkompliziert und hilfreich - also immer wieder!

Gemütlich und in jeder Hinsicht perfekt

Ein so perfektes und bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Lage in den Wiesen Schleswig-Holstein ist wunderbar, herrlicher Sonnenaufgang. Kühe und Schafe in der Umgebung. Der Garten ist für unseren kleinen Hund perfekt gewesen, vor allem ringsum eingezäunt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Häfen Schlüttsiel und Dagebül sowie über Niebüll nach Sylt oder nach Dänemark. Die Fahrräder wurden uns vom Fahrradverleih ans Haus gebracht und so lässt sich die Gegend wunderbar erkunden. Die Einrichtung ist wie neu. Wenn überhaupt noch eine Verbesserung möglich wäre, dann ggf. Mückengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Die Sommer werden heißer und unter dem Reetdach wird es warm, so dass man gerne nachts lüften möchte ohne Besuch von Stechmücken. Ach ja, noch ein Pluspunkt: Es gibt eine Ladesäule am Haus und wir konnten unser E-Auto aufladen, abgerechnet wird fair nach separatem Stromzähler. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schnuckeligen Häuschen.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Garten ist schön und gepflegt. Der Zaun hoch genug, um unseren Hund zurückzuhalten. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Teenager und einem Hund dort. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es wäre schön, wenn das auch im Inserat stehen würde, dann hätten wir eine ganze Menge zuhause lassen können. Es gibt Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Handseife und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, man muss wirklich nichts mitbringen. Wir haben Tagesausflüge nach Föhr, Sylt, Dänemark und Amrum gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Superurlaub

Der Kliemkiker ist ein Haus, in dem wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sauber, mit qualitativ hochwertiger Einrichtung und einem schönen Garten. Nach allen Seiten sieht man nur Wiesen, Schafe und Kühe. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Mit dem Auto ist man in fünf Minuten in Dagebüll und in einer Viertelstunde in Niebüll. Ganz besonders nett war der telefonische Kontakt zu Frau Wernig, die für uns jederzeit erreichbar war. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Besser geht es nicht mehr....

Wir machen seit Mitte der 90er Jahre Ferienhausurlaub, aber so ein perfektes, gemütliches, sauberes und komfortables Haus, welche keine Wünsche offen lässt, findet man sehr selten. Wir und unsere Schäferhündin Lucy haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Verwalterin - Frau Christophersen - war immer ansprech- und hilfsbereit sowie ausgesprochen freundlich. Es war für uns rundum ein perfekter Urlaub mit langen Spaziergängen auf den unzähligen Deichen (besonders Südwesthörn) und im Langenberger Forst, tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Risum (besonders Fischgeschäft) und Galmsbüll mit dem Landhof Carstensen und jedes mal haben wir uns wieder gefreut in unser schönes "Zuhause" zurückzukommen. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier Urlaub machen durften.

Wunderschön und ruhig hinterm Deich

Nachdem wir dieses Jahr einige Abstriche in Sachen Urlaub machen mussten, sind wir glücklich und froh, dass wir kurzfristig das Ferienhaus „Kliemkiker“ in Fahretoft für eine Woche (2 Personen + Hund) buchen konnten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig per Mail und WhatsApp. Vor unserer Ankunft gab es auf diesem Weg gleich ein paar Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Anreise gestaltete sich problemlos und die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe war super durch die Vermieterin organisiert. Schon beim Einbiegen in die Einfahrt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Bilder aus der Anzeige nicht zu viel versprochen hatten. Wir fanden ein sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, einen schön angelegten Garten, zwei Terrassen und ein einladendes, typisch nordfriesisches Haus vor. Beim Betreten des Hauses gefiel und sofort die geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung und die stimmige Auswahl von Farben und Materialien. In den nächsten Tagen konnten wir feststellen, dass die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses keine Wünsche offen lässt und perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet ist. Vom Korb, über Näpfe bis hin zu Handtüchern, wenn man den Vierbeiner mal mit im Watt hatte. Wir Zweibeiner freuten uns vor allem über die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten und Geschirr. Der Blick durchs Fenster über dem Spülbecken auf Deich und Grünflächen mit Schafen und Rindern, ist eins unserer Highlights im Ferienhaus. Im Obergeschoss bieten Einbauschränke genügend Platz für Kleidung und Gepäck. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet. Im gemütlichen Doppelbett hatten wir einige erholsame Nächte. Wir nutzten während unseres Urlaubes hauptsächlich das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss, im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein weiteres. Auch hier wurde auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung geachtet. Des Weiteren überzeugt das Ferienhaus durch seinen großen hellen Essbereich und seinen Wohnbereich mit Schwedenofen und gemütlichem Sofa. Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung in allen Bereichen des Ferienhauses war hervorragend. Der eingezäunte Garten lädt zum Spielen mit dem Hund ein. Der Strandkorb zum Relaxen. Die Vermieterin hat uns eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort zur Seite gestellt, für alle eventuell aufkommenden Fragen und Probleme. So fühlten wir uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben und betreut. Unser Fazit: Wir können den „Kliemkiker“ nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Viele Einzelheiten sind mit Liebe ausgesucht und unterstreichen den die persoenliche Ausstrahlung des Hauses.Die Lage zu den Häfen Schlüttsiel und Dagebüll machr das Haus ideal für Ausflüge zu allen Inseln. Rundum zufrieden

Alles war gut organisiert, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und alles war sehr hochwertig, der Garten war auch schön. Nur zum Einkaufen musste man leider etwas fahren ( ca. 8 km), man durfte halt nichts vergessen.. Unsere Fellnasen kamen ganz auf ihre Kosten!! Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!!! Immer wieder gerne!!!

Erholsame Tage in Nordfriesland

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Frau Warning. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Gastgeberin hat an alles gedacht, zum Klönen, zum Kochen, zum Schlafen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbar weiten Blick auf die Felder. Herzlichen Dank!
